Since receiving your order, we will deliver goods within 6 – 13 working days.  Sometimes you can receive goods a few days later than usual in case of force majeure.

Shipping destinations and shipping fees

The package will be delivered after fulfillment (1-3 business days). A shipping tracking link will be added to your order when it is shipped. If anything else is not announced, shipping fees specified in US Dollar (USD) will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step

When receiving goods, what will you do if you are not satisfied with them or they are not as the same as the picture on our website? The only thing you need to do is sending us a support email ([email protected]) stating your order number and please include a photo of the goods. We will contact you ASAP and solve your problems within a day.

NOTE: If you order different product styles, it might be possible that you will receive multiple packages. In addition, if one or two items of your bill can not be shipped, we will refund to you according to their price and give a discount code to you for ordering other items in the future.

Due to Covid 19 and the huge number of orders for the Halloween occasion, sometimes the package delivery will take more time than usual. So, let’s consider if you want to order items for Halloween because we will not refund for the items which is returned after occasion.
